Return & Refund Policy

At 888Gadgets, we personally test every product to ensure it solves everyday problems effectively. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Here is everything you need to know about our return and refund policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (wrong colour, model, or size), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. You will need to provide:

  •  Your order number
  •  Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
  •  A brief description of the problem

Once we review your case, we will arrange either a full or partial refund, or a replacement — whichever you prefer. If we sent you the wrong item, we will reship the correct product at no extra cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you simply change your mind, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. Please note:

  • The item must be unused, this includes no opening of any protective covering, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the return is received and processed at our facility, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information shows no update for more than 30 days, we will issue a full refund. If your tracking number appears invalid or you cannot get a shipping status update, please contact us immediately and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

Important Notes

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

We are unable to process refunds or reshipments for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- All return and refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
